Hilfield Friary Plants 100 Oaks For Centenary

Saturday 18th December: People came from far and wide for the ‘100 Oaks for 100 Years’ centenary event at Hilfield. The community and visitors planted oaks saplings, celebrated the Eucharist in the marquee, enjoyed a tasty lunch, listened to music, blessed the oak leaf stone carving, and listened to tales of Hilfield!!
