We welcome all people to the Convent and and offer you our Franciscan hospitality. It is important to us that you come and share our life, whatever your circumstances. We do not charge for your visit but would be glad to accept any donation towards the cost of running Compton Durville and its ministry (around £1200 per week).
We have no major external source of income and rely on donations to finance the ministry here
Gift Aid
As a registered charity we are able to reclaim tax on these donations, from UK taxpayers who are willing to sign a Gift Aid declaration. Gift Aid information and forms are available from the Guest Sister.
We are able to accept donations by cheque or cash but not by credit or debit card.

You may wish to consider an additional contribution if a sister gives a talk to your group, runs a quiet day or spends time with you for spiritual direction or other pastoral help.
