Individually Guided Retreats
Phyllis
CSF and Sue CSF
An
individually guided retreat is a structured time of prayer, silence and
reflection during which the pilgrim meets daily with the guide. These
retreats are typically based broadly on the Ignatian tradition of spiritual
guidance, but may be conducted in other ways depending on the needs and
wishes of the pilgrim.
Individually Guided Retreats of 3 – 8 days are available at most times of
the year by individual arrangement.
However
during the summer holiday period the following 8 day retreats are planned:
Fri
10th August - Sun 19th August
Tues
4th September – Thurs 13th Sept
For the
full 8 day (ie 9 night) period: arrivals from 4pm and departures by 10am.
Guideline contribution £300
Shorter
retreats within these periods may be available with more flexible timings.
Guideline contribution £35 per day.
During
these dates there will also be room for other guests who wish to stay for a
quiet holiday or time away. |

Christmas with the Community

Priest: A Sister CSF
Guideline contribution
£150 |
The
costs are guidelines only.
As a
registered charity we have no fixed scale of charges and welcome all people
irrespective of their ability to pay. We do not have any major external source
of income and rely on contributions from our guests for a large part of the
running costs of Compton (around £1200 per week). We are happy to accept what
our guests can afford which may be less (or more) than the guideline
contribution.
