In November 1999, the Bible Reading Fellowship's Lent Book 2000, written by Brother Ramon, was published. It travelled through all the days of Lent, tracing the experiences of those who were drawn to the cross of Jesus - his enemies as well as his friends. It continually asks the question: 'Were YOU there?' The days of Holy Week consist of meditations on the Seven Words of Jesus from the Cross, leading through the pain and sorrow of Calvary to the Easter Glory.
