The season of Epiphany celebrates not only the visit of the Magi but also the revelation of Jesus as God’s Son, encompassed in the stories of the Baptism of Christ and the Wedding at Cana of Galilee which form a part of the liturgy for this season. The whole of this season of Epiphanytide is a reflection on the Incarnation – the Word made flesh who came and dwelt among us.
